Meet Marissa
Marissa emphasizes consistent, high-quality, and catered treatment plans for each patient.
Marissa Highnote, the owner and founder of Lake Oconee MedSpa, attended the University of Georgia, majoring in athletic training. She went on to PA school at Mercer University and, after graduating in 2013, began working for a plastic surgeon and started injecting in 2014. In November of 2019, she launched her own injectable practice, Notably You, in Atlanta. While working there, Marissa met her husband, Josh, at a CrossFit gym in the city, and they were married in 2017. They now share their home with their wonderful Cane Corso, Doc. After several years of visiting friends in Lake Oconee, they fell in love with the area and moved to Georgia’s Lake Country in 2020. Marissa is excited to bring her expertise to future clients in this wonderful community.

A Georgia native, Caroline Evans brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the field of aesthetics. She attended Gatewood Schools in Eatonton, where she was actively involved. Caroline then pursued her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Georgia as a HOPE Scholarship recipient before earning her master’s in nursing from Augusta University, where she graduated with honors.
With a background in pediatrics, Caroline has always found fulfillment in patient care. However, her passion for aesthetics and dermatology led her to transition into the field, where she thrives in helping patients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Caroline is beyond excited to meet the Lake Oconee MedSpa community and looks forward to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Meet Eliza
Eliza Boswell, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Eliza is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proud Athens native.
Eliza graduated from Piedmont University with Honors in 2020 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing after attending the University of Georgia where she completed her nursing prerequisite courses. She later obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing with Honors from Mercer University in 2023, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Eliza has nursing experience in both acute care and emergency services, and has found a passion for assisting others in achieving their curated health and wellness goals. She is committed to helping her patients feel confident in their own skin through a natural and minimalist approach to aesthetic facial injectables, while also helping patients achieve lasting health through comprehensive medical weight management that integrates medication, nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Eliza enjoys spending her time outside of Lake Oconee Med Spa with friends and family, watching Georgia Football, traveling, staying active, and doting on her french bulldog, Munson.
